It was more than twenty-five years ago – 1998 – that I started my journey as a dog trainer. In the time since, I have grown a lot, picking up new lessons all the time. I have had the opportunity to work with both law enforcement and the military, offering my services in sport, personal protection, and business protection training along the way. Certified in personal protection, narcotics, and explosive detection, I have made it my mission to stay abreast of all the latest trends within my field and to keep my skills and expertise sharp, all the better to serve my clients. I am also an AKC CGC Evaluator, a K9 CPR and First Aid Instructor, and Hand-to-Hand Combat Certified Instructor. Although I may have started training in the late 90s, my passion for dogs began long before that. As a child, I found myself drawn to canines of all breeds, as I grew up around Doberman Pinschers.
The secret to my service is that I care. I go above and beyond to make myself available to my clients, working hard to understand their unique needs. Over the years, I have developed an innate sense of what dogs and their people need to thrive, and through Got Your Back K9 Life, I help to develop your dog's inner talent – because when he or she is doing well for you, everyone is going to be happy. Dog training is deeply rewarding for me, and I am grateful for every day that I get to do it. ~George
